To place an order or get a quote from us, simply set up your own School Account on our School Registration Portal – it couldn’t be easier… we just need some basic information to get you started.

When you visit the School Registration Portal you will see the form below and the information we need from you.

Once we’ve verified your account, we’ll send you your username and password and you can login to Your Account and start building your schoolbook and stationery list.

When you’ve built your basket of products just proceed to cart and you will have the option to Save as Quote which will allow you to return to the basket and add to it or edit it if you need to by clicking View Quotes.

You can Resume Your Order at any stage and place an order when you’re ready.

You can also choose to Resume Your Order and proceed to placing your order.

When you’re ready to place your order we’ll need you to share your school’s IBAN, SWIFT details and complete a Direct Debit Mandate. This can be done easily by visiting your My Account and clicking on Direct Debit Information. You can also download the Direct Debit Mandate form at this stage.

You can then return to your basket, and Proceed To Payment.

Q. How do I register for an account to purchase primary school books?

If you’re a primary school and would like to order schoolbooks and stationery from easonschoolbooks.com, you simply need to register for an account on our School Registration Portal 

Q. What information will I need to provide to set up an account?

To register for account, you will need to provide us with your school roll number, address and contact details. While not required to register for an account, to place orders you will need to provide an IBAN number, SWIFT code and return a Direct Debit mandate to us.

Q. Can you provide a quote for an order?

Yes, to receive a quotation, you can build a basket of your required products and proceed to cart. You will then see an option to Save as Quote. You can give you quote a name and click View Quotes.

Q. Do you offer Book Covering service? How does it work?

Yes, you can get your text books delivered, already covered with a clear polypropylene wallet. Please select this option at the checkout stage.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Due to the high volume of books required, we can only accept direct debit as payment via our Primary School portal.
For smaller orders, it is still possible to place orders via our standard easonschoolbooks.com site and pay using a credit card or PayPal. To do this, just ensure you are logged out of your school account.

Q. What delivery methods do we use?

All orders will be shipped via a courier. Our fulfilment and logistics team will contact you directly to arrange a scheduled delivery time with you. We will need to understand available access points prior to delivery.
